About Reservation and the cancel policy
*When you use the room per single, the charge will be plus JPY5,000 per night.
*The charge for children as bellows:
New born baby (0 years): for free.
1-2 years: JPY1,575 per night (no meal, no bed).
3-5years: 50% for adult charge (including bed, meals, tax)
6-12years: 70% for adult charge (including bed, meals, tax)
13years more: 100% as adult fee.
*The cancel policy:
It’s indeed possible that something else crops up! Therefore we ask you to inform us of your cancellation in writing (via e-mail or fax is fine).
Cancellation up to 1 week before arrival is without fee. After that date we must charge 80% of your reservation charge. The same applies for delayed arrival or early departure. And 100% will be charged for no show.
